For custom basketball hoops, production takes 2-4 weeks and the shipping takes 7-10 business days.

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty. If anything breaks on the hoop, you can send it back and we will replace it.

The custom basketball hoops start around $1,000. Payment methods accepted are credit card, ach transfer, paypal, wire transfer, and karma.

The basketball hoops availble on the website are for indoor use. However, you can order a customer basketballl hoop for outdoor use.

Custom 50 inch hoops that come on a stand can be adjusted.

All return and exchanges must be made with in the first 14 days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Yes. The process for custom basketball hoops starts with the customer sending over ideas for their hoop. Next, the HDS team creates a computer-generated mock-up that shows exactly how the hoop will look. The customer approves this before we begin creating the physical hoop.

We ship using Fedex or UPS and international shipping is available.

The materials used on the hoops’ backboards varies, depending on the style you choose. Options for backboard materials include: velvet, leather, mirror, acrylic, marble, wood, marble, and metal. Most of our hoops are framed with a handcarved beachwood frame. All hoops have a metal rim with Cuban link chain net.

Yes. You can order a custom hoop and work with Hoop Dream Studios’ designers to select the colors and backboard design.
